These terms set out the ground rules for using maropeak.com and buying from MAROPEAK. They’re written to be read, so please take a minute before you order.
1. Agreeing to These Terms
Browsing the site, opening an account or placing an order means you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree with something here, please don’t use the site.
2. Who Can Order
You need to be 18 or older (or the age of majority where you live) and legally able to enter a contract. Placing an order confirms that you are.
3. Product Descriptions
We describe products as accurately as we can, working from the manufacturer’s specifications. Screen settings, production tolerances and natural materials mean colours and dimensions can differ slightly from what you see online. We can’t promise the site is entirely free of errors.
4. Prices & Stock
Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. We may correct pricing mistakes, cap quantities or withdraw products. An item is only reserved for you once we’ve accepted the order.
5. Placing & Accepting Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept it, decline it or cancel it — for example if stock runs out, a price was listed incorrectly, we suspect fraud, or we can’t reach you to confirm a cash-on-delivery order. Since nothing is paid until delivery, a cancelled order costs you nothing.
6. Payment by Cash on Delivery
We accept one payment method: cash, paid to the courier when your order is delivered. No card details are collected online. By ordering you agree to accept the parcel and pay the total shown at checkout. If deliveries are repeatedly refused we may decline future orders. More in our Cash on Delivery & Security page.
7. Delivery
U.S. shipping is free. Orders are packed within 1–3 business days and typically take 1–7 business days in transit. See the Shipping Policy.
8. Returns
Eligible items can be returned within 30 days of delivery under our Return & Refund Policy. Always contact us before sending anything back.
9. Faulty or Incorrect Items
Handled through our Warranty & Product Support process.
10. Our Content
Text, images, logos and the design of this site belong to MAROPEAK or our licensors. Please don’t copy, republish or use them commercially without written permission.
11. Things You May Not Do
Attempt to access restricted areas, disrupt the site, place fraudulent orders, scrape or harvest data, or use the site for anything unlawful.
12. Limits on Our Liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses. For any claim linked to an order, our liability is capped at the price you paid for the product in question.
13. No Implied Warranties
The site and products are provided “as is” and “as available”. Unless stated otherwise, we disclaim implied warranties — including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose — where the law permits.
