Billing

When you place an order with MaroPeak, your selected payment method is charged for the full order total shown at checkout, including any applicable taxes and shipping.

Billing descriptor

The charge appears on your statement under our business name, MaroPeak, or a similar descriptor.

Billing information

Please make sure the billing address you enter matches the address on file with your card issuer, or the payment may be declined.

Taxes

Sales tax is calculated at checkout where required by law, based on your shipping address.

Order confirmation and invoices

You will receive an order confirmation email after purchase. You can view your orders in My Account if you created an account, or request an invoice by email.

Failed or declined payments

If your payment is declined, your order will not be processed. Please check your details or contact your bank, then try again.

Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, as described in our Return & Refund Policy.
